World Alert: 4th U.S. citizen detained in North Korea as relations with White House remain tense

Kim Hak-song, who worked at the Pyongyang University of Science and Technology, is accused of “hostile acts,” North Korea’s state news agency said in a statement Saturday announcing his detention. Kim was detained just two weeks after another American who taught at the school was prevented from boarding a flight out from Pyongyang airport.
